I’m sharing my top 5 go to Trim Healthy Mama breakfasts that I absolutely love! I’m hoping to inspire you. Getting slim and trim doesn’t have to be boring or strict. You can get to your ideal weight and keep it off eating the foods you love.
One of the things I’ve learned doing Trim Healthy Mama is to find my favorites foods and repeat. When I’m really wanting something to grab quick, these are my no brainer Trim Healthy Mama breakfasts I eat almost all the time.
Wondering what an S or E meal is? An S meal stands for satisfying meal. That’s when you eat fat. Like bacon, butter or cheese. It’s Keto type of foods. An E meal stands for energizing meal. These meals have carbs. Like bread, apples and oatmeal. S and E meals are fuels for your body. You separate your E and S meals by eating them at different times. It gets your body revved up to burn that fat!! The book to help understand this better is here.

Trim Healthy Mama Breakfast No. 1

S meal – Buttah Pancakes (recipe), eggs and 2 bacon. Coffee with half and half and doonk of stevia. What I love about the buttah pancakes is you can have bacon with it. Who doesn’t like pancakes? They actually taste good and would be perfect to make for the family.
S meal – Zucchini hash with sausage, shitake mushrooms, onion, green pepper and 2 eggs. Coffee with half and half and flavored stevia. This is my own concoction.
- Put 1 tbs. coconut oil, butter or olive oil into a pan on medium heat.
- Cook 4 oz. of ground sausage.
- Add one whole grated zucchini in with the cooked sausage. Sauté for a bit.
- Add 3-4 diced up mushrooms, 2 tbs. diced onion and 2 tbs. green pepper.
- Take a spatula and stir around to evenly cook the vegetables.
- Whisk together the 2 eggs in a bowl. Pour them over top the cooked sausage and vegetables.
- Stir the eggs in a circular motion to fully cooked.
- Pour onto a plate. Enjoy!
E meal – This is the famous PPP (recipe) with Trimmy Light coffee (recipe). I love that this breakfast is filling. There is 1/3 to 1/2 a cup of blueberries at the bottom. Not just any ordinary blueberries. The wild ones. You can find those in the frozen section at most stores. If I told you what the name means you will laugh. Most people say PPP stands for Pearl’s Perfect Porridge. The true name that Pearl calls it is Perfect Poop Porridge. It’s a great breakfast for those bloaty days, if you know what I mean. You can see from the picture I added a tablespoon of Swerve Brown sugar substitute. I eat this 1 to 2 times a week. It’s that good!
E meal – Ezekiel English Muffin toasted with 1 egg and 3 tbs. egg whites, blackberries and strawberries. Trimmy Light coffee (recipe). I don’t know why I didn’t put this one at the top of my list. I could eat this everyday! There are other variations. Taking 2 Light Laughing Cow cheese wedges and putting 1 on each slice of Ezekiel English Muffin. Sprinkle a mixture of cinnamon and gentle sweet (you can get this here) on top. It doesn’t feel like I’m eating diet food.
E meal – Trim Healthy Mama pancakes (recipe), berries and Trimmy light coffee (recipe). These pancakes are easy to make. I like to make a batch of pancake batter ahead of time and put it in a mason jar or container and place it in the fridge. It has protein in the pancakes that makes this a perfect balanced meal.
